As a seasoned Retail Director, his 36 years in the business have made him a pillar in the retail food industry. His hard work has not gone unnoticed, garnering him six National Retail Merchandising Awards. 

A Foundation in ExcellenceTheisen’s dedication to excellence is backed by robust education from Cornell University, where he mastered Retail and HR Management. This knowledge, combined with his Food Safety Certification, means he’s well-equipped to lead in complex and demanding environments.

Community and Leadership IntersectHis community work reflects his profound belief in the power of service. Holding vice-presidential responsibilities with Let’s Go Fishing, Theisen also shines as a Birch-Sturm Fellowship Award recipient. As a member of the Lions Club, Rotary Club, and his local Catholic Church, he nurtures a strong connection with the community.
