Aspen Grove Apartments Breaks Ground, Expanding Local Housing Choices

First multi-family housing in over 20 years creates new opportunities for Oneida County residents, businesses, and investors.

Congratulations to Ritchie Management Group on the groundbreaking for the Aspen Grove Apartments. This 112-unit complex will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, each with a one-car detached garage space, and is being built on Hwy 70 West near the Wildwood Wildlife Park Zoo & Safari.

This marks a new beginning for housing opportunities in the greater Lakeland area. Three years ago, the Town of Minocqua formed a Housing & Labor Committee and tasked seven members of the community to report back with their recommendations. Those recommendations were acted upon, and today we broke ground on the first multi-family housing to be built here in over two decades.
